Welcome to Glacieron. By accessing or using our platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have carefully read these Terms of Service and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms create a binding contract between you and Glacieron.

All content available on Glacieron, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, text, software code, and user interface design, is owned by Glacieron or our content licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms of Service grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Glacieron for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Glacieron disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that Glacieron will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content obtained through the platform.

No advice or information obtained from Glacieron or through the platform will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glacieron and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Glacieron has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Glacieron reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this document.

Your continued use of Glacieron following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for updates.

If you disagree with any changes to these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using Glacieron.
